Eating clean is a key ingredient to leading a wholesome, happy lifestyle. Sometimes, it takes pre-planning to ensure you have healthy options throughout the week. But it doesn’t have to be difficult—here are 10 healthy, and simple ideas for meals!

Easy chicken burrito bowl – Combine sliced, grilled chicken breasts with rice, pinto or black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and a sprinkle of shredded cheese. Add a lime wedge for zest.

Overnight chia seed pudding – Mix chia seeds and almond milk before going to bed and put them in the fridge. In the morning, top with fresh fruit for a simple, yummy breakfast.

Copycat Starbucks chicken and hummus box – Scoop hummus into a small container and pair with pita bread, cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and grilled chicken breast.

The ultimate veggie sandwich – Spread hummus on whole wheat bread and layer it with Romaine lettuce, carrots, cucumber, red cabbage, avocado, sprouts, red onion, and tomatoes.

Muffin tin egg cups – Whisk 6-8 eggs and mix in spinach, onion, shredded cheese, and diced ham. Pour into a muffin tin and bake until cooked through.

Salmon with sweet potatoes and broccoli – You can cook all three ingredients in the oven at the same temperature at the same time for a delicious, high protein meal.

Lo Mein bowl – You can make this meal healthier by using whole wheat pasta and mixing in lots of vegetables like snap peas, peppers, mushrooms, and sautéed spinach.

Chicken Caesar pasta salad – Cook and store the pasta ahead of time, then mix in grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, light Caesar dressing, romaine lettuce, and croutons.

Shrimp avocado quinoa bowls – Top cooked quinoa with grilled shrimp and sliced avocado. Garnish with parsley and chopped red onion and tomato.
